Pur'

Pur' restaurant opens out into a vast rotunda with a modern peristyle that is quite unexpected in such a contemporary setting. The rush of the kitchen that opens onto the restaurant, the bustle of an authentic grill cooked over vine shoots and the discreet activity of the young staff make this refined place a theatre of unusual tastes. This soft-hued and cosy atmosphere, where original abstract Viswanadhan’s China ink sketches on parchment hang on walls of mahogany, is the setting for a symphony of flavours.

When entering to the restaurant, guests walk down a small gallery path with a six-meter 'wine wall' that not only serves as the hotel's cellar, but also as a cigar and cheese cabinet.

After twenty years in some of the greatest establishments such as Taillevent, Le Crillon, La Cantine des Gourmets and most recently Les Muses, Jean-François Rouquette is now taking up a new gastronomic challenge.

Honoured with its first Michelin Star, Pur' restaurant offers an innovative gastronomic style in which simplicity becomes synonymous with purity and refinement.

La Table du Chef

Pur' restaurant delights with a new approach to table management, The Table of Chef, conceived by the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme’s Head Chef, Jean-François Rouquette.

Overlooking the spectacular open-plan kitchen in a sumptuous setting radiating simplicity and modernity, caters for four to eight privileged guests, all gourmets who are capable of appreciating the array of exceptional dishes; which can either be chosen from an innovative menu, or devised by the guests themselves, ordered in advance, in harmony with their specific tastes and wants, embellished by a discovery of Krug Champagnes "Grande Cuvée" and "Krug Vintage", and by a wine per dish.

An elegant Thai chenille curtain can be fanned out to create a very private atmosphere. An exclusive choice of porcelain ware signed by Jaune de Chrome and original contemporary silverware and elegant Riedel glassware are all adornments; the crowning glory of the dinner rests in the selection of the finest quality products of the land, a hymn to the art of living, the French way, as expressed by Jean- François Rouquette.

Les Orchidées

Les Orchidées
Featuring a combination of open spaces and colonnades, Les Orchidees are separated by a grand see-through fireplace, and open onto the glass conservatory on one side and La Terrasse on the opposite side.

Open from breakfast to lunch, this restaurant is an ideal setting for business lunch or just for an intimate moment between friends among dozens of immaculate Orchids. During the weekend, guests will be able to enjoy a brunch with friends or family within this relaxing atmosphere.

The restaurant Les Orchidees serves also as an excellent meeting place for an afternoon pick-me-up while shopping or sightseeing. Being an ideal place to enjoy a tea time. Park Hyatt Paris - Vendôme offers a selection of tea varieties selected from Betjeman & Barton, including a Park Hyatt exclusive tea.
