About the spa

Le Spa is a state-of-the-art facility offering a fitness centre equipped with a complete range of Life Fitness weight training and fitness equipment.  A personal trainer is available on request.

  • 1 cable motion gym system

  • 1 cross trainer
  • 1 Powerplate (coaching by the trainer is required)
  • 1 exercise bike

Opening Hours: 5:00am to 11:00pm daily
Personal trainer fee: €75 for 30 mins
Package (6 training sessions): €375
